I have purchased 4 upper and lower tool boxes..I do like them, they look good, very professional looking. I do have some issues. I have received 1 tool box upper unit damaged and i was told that there is nothing that could be done, i then ordered a upper and lower unit only to find that both were damaged at shipping (photos available).. And it seems the wheels are falling apart.and now i am replacing them with aftermarket replacments. Response from StrictlyToolBoxes.com Thank you for your past orders. We do everything possible to educate our customers on how to properly inspect the toolboxes before signing for them. We do that by providing detailed freight delivery inspection instructions on our site. Freight delivery inspection instructions We also email these instructions and have one of our customer service reps call every order after it ships to confirm that they have received the tracking information email, the freight delivery inspection instructions and to make sure they do not have any questions about how to inspect the order at the time of delivery. Had the freight been inspected at the time of delivery and refused due to damage we would have been able to send out a replacement box immediately.
