THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP IN PURCHASING A TOOLBOX IS PROPERLY INSPECTING YOUR SHIPMENT.

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THIS PAGE THOROUGHLY FOR YOUR PROTECTION.

The freight carrier's terms and conditions clearly state that you are unable to inspect your shipment unless there are signs of damage to the exterior packaging. Signs of damage can be as simple as a tear in the shrink wrap or a broken pallet. You will always be able to find scuff or mark on the packaging somewhere that will allow you to inspect your shipment. If you have any issues with your freight driver not allowing inspection, call us immediately at 888-289-1952 and we will speak to him/her personally to arrange your inspection.

Please click here for a more detailed description and images of SIGNS OF DAMAGE.

In order to insure a positive customer experience properly inspecting your new toolbox becomes the most important part of your purchase. When you sign the bill of lading you are signing an agreement with the freight company that states that you or an authorized representative has thoroughly inspected the shipment. That you are receiving it without damage and are waiving any rights to file a freight claim.

Schedule a delivery appointment with your freight carrier.

Step 1. Schedule a delivery appointment with your freight carrier.

Once your toolbox is in transit and traceable on your respective freight carriers website you will be able to call your local terminal and schedule a delivery appointment.

Once you call your freight carrier and tell them your tracking number they will give you a date and time for when they can make your delivery.

All residential deliveries will require a delivery appointment.

Commercial deliveries do not require a delivery appointment but it is HIGHLY RECCOMENDED that you do so to ensure your shipment will receive a proper inspection. 80-90% of all damaged freight that is signed for is done by a co worker that was available and unaware of our freight inspection process while the proper consignee was away.

Be prepared to receive your shipment.

Step 2. Be prepared to receive your shipment.

Freight carrier drivers typically have 7-15 min to make a delivery. To make the inspection process go as smoothly as possible, please have the tools listed below available as soon as your toolbox reaches the pavement.

    • BOX CUTTER
    • TIN SNIPS
    • WORK GLOVES

    Incredible Toolbox, Outstanding Service.

First off, if you're wondering if this toolbox as good as everyone says it is..yes it is. And I guarantee you won't be disappointed with anything you buy from these guys. Just buy it from here and don't look back.
I did just that and yesterday I received my blue 56" Combo with side locker and I couldn't be happier. Just like most other folks, I did my homework and read every review online and looked everywhere out in town for the right toolbox. I didn't want to be "toolbox poor" afterwards nor do I want to buy junk that I'll have to replace in a few years--I want it to last. My expectations have been more than met, and I can assure you, you will not be disappointed. When you take the lid off the box for the first time and you see the quality and shine, you'll know you made the right choice.
This box is HEAVY! That's how you know it's good, right?! It's got more than enough room for all my tools and room to grow. Box includes drawer liners, keys, casters, instructions, and nuts/washers and screws to assemble. Assembly doesn't take that long, you can knock it out in about 1-2 hours probably taking your time. You'll want one able-bodied person to help you lift up the top box and attach the side locker. Once the box is put together it is so BIG! Way bigger than it looks in the pictures but I love it. Brings a tear to my eye and a smile to my face when I see it in my garage.
Ordered the lift gate service--well worth the $30 bucks--do it. The ABFS delivery man was great and helped me unload it and was admiring the box wondering where I got it and couldn't believe the price I got it for. I told him about Strictlytoolboxes.com and that he should check it out. Strictlytoolboxes.com has a good thing going here and I'm definitely a lifelong customer.
Customer service is second-to-none. Overnighted me my matching lock for the side locker. The box shipped with matching top and bottom locks already. Every time I've called they have been extremely helpful.
If you want a great toolbox at a fair price and a no-hassle experience, look no further. ...(Posted on 12/17/2013)
