Love my new tool box!
I searched for quality tool boxes on the internet and found the Extreme Tool Box website. I had several questions so I called the telephone number on the site and was able to talk to an extremely knowledgeable person who answered all of my questions. I choose the Extreme Tool Box because it equaled Mxxxx and Sxxx-Ox in quality but for a much more reasonable price. Obviously, since I was buying on the internet and not able to see the box in person, I was a little apprehensive. However, once my tool box arrived, I was thrilled. It was exactly what I had hoped it would be. Sturdy, durable, solid and good looking! The drawers slide nicely and feel great when shutting. There is nothing flimsy about this tool box. I also appreciate the fact that it came with drawer liners. Overall, I couldn't be more happy with it and am so glad I choose the Extreme Toolbox. (Posted on 10/30/11)

Black Stainless Top 56" 11 Drawer
Recently received our 56" 11 Drawer Stainless Top Extreme Tool Box and couldn't be happier with the product and the service. The tool box was packaged well for shipping with no damage what so ever. I was very impressed with the stainless top and how solid it is, we were figuring on having to reinforce it as we are using it as a work bench to work on cylinder heads and we won't have to do a thing to it. As you can see in the picture we used to use a roll around lift kart and this new box will be a huge improvement. Thanks (Posted on 10/28/11)

Great Product
We use these toolboxes in our Mobile Maintenance Units that we send out on our job sites. These are great toolboxes! As you can see in the picture provided, we do not have to attach are wheels, as we need these sturdy and stable in our trucks. My guys fabricate steel around them to hold them in place while our trucks are in motion. I have no complaints on these tool boxes, however, I would change the locking system on the drawers as we do carry heavy tools when traveling. (Posted on 9/30/11)

tool box review
This tool box that I purchased is excellent. I work on heavy trucks as a tech full time. It’s a very rugged tool box way better then paying thousands for a sxxx-ox or mxx tool box and the quality is just as nice. (Posted on 8/25/11)

Extreme Tool Boxes has exceeded my expectations
I’ve finally found a 56” professional quality tool box that performs like the tool boxes costing thousands more. Extreme Tool boxes has exceeded my expectations. I’ve compared this tool box to others costing 2 to 3 times more and I just can’t see 2 to 3 times more quality. The service I received from Shannon at StrictlyToolBoxes.com was every bit as good as the quality Extreme Tools puts in their tool boxes. Thanks again. (Posted on 6/30/11)

High quality tool box!
Thanks for the excellent service as well as the high quality tool box, an excellent value! I have received great comments from a number of friends who have seen it including one who has a number of Sxxx-Ox boxes. He said that when he needs another tool box he will be going to you. not impressed
Major hassle for and un-impressive tool box, I have buyers’ remorse.
It took 3weeks and 4 attempts to get a tool box delivered to my shop.
The first tool box showed up with freight damage so I refused it, no biggie, it happens. The second tool box shows up a week later on the same freight line with the same driver and the same type of damage, just in a different spot, darn the bad luck but I’m starting to see a pattern here. Third tool box, same freight line, same truck, same driver, same damage, this is starting to sound like one of the definitions of insanity! I called Shannon at Strictly tool boxes, Larry at Extreme tools, and both of the freight companies involved and told them what was going on. Extreme told me they would send the next tool box in a plywood shipping box and that it would be routed thru a different freight line. To Extremes credit they did shrink wrap particle board to 2 sides of the cardboard outer shipping box but it still arrived on the same shipping line, on the same truck, and with the same driver as the last 3. I don’t know who fibbed to who on the shipping, Extreme to me or Custom CO (Extremes Shipper) to Extreme but a “un-damaged” tool box arrived in my shop!!!!
My first impression after taking all the cardboard and shrink wrap off is that this tool box is no Sna*-O* or Matc* or Cromwel*, It’s a lot closer to a Sears blue light special, just a lot bigger and a LITTLE heavier.
I can’t fault Shannon at Strictly Tool boxes for this, he told me it was lighter that the next tool box up the food chain but I tried it anyway. My mistake.
Closer inspection found a dent in the bottom drawer and it is hard to get all of the drawers pushed in at the same time to lock it up.
Bottom line is I am not impressed.

Response from Extreme Tools
We are sorry that you had so much trouble in getting this order delivered. We continue to work diligently to maintain our excellent customer service record. However, Extreme Tools has no way of controlling the mishaps that occur with the freight lines once our merchandise leaves our warehouse. We acknowledged your claims immediately and sent out a new tool box within 24 hours. We contacted the shipper several times regarding the deliveries and the damaged tool boxes. We requested “white glove service” and also received written confirmation that the final tool box would be delivered by a different 3rd party delivery service. We did everything that we could within our power to get your item delivered in brand new condition.
The Extreme Tools tool box which you purchased is our top selling tool box and listed under our Standard Tool Box Series. The specifications including the gauge of the steel, the weight, the strength of the drawers, etc. is posted and readily accessible for anyone wishing to make a purchase. We have never had a tool box returned because a customer was unhappy with the quality. Most people who have researched our tool boxes know if they want the standard series or if they want the added strength and features of the Professional Tool Box Series.
Since we want our customers to be fully satisfied with the quality of their purchases, we are willing to offer a refund on your current purchase and a discount one of our Professional Series tool boxes if you wish to purchase that one instead. We hope that this offer will help to compensate you for the frustration you experienced in trying to get your tool box. (Posted on 6/27/11)
