Great Box! - Robbie

It has been time to get a new box for several years (the old one is the red one in the background of the first image). I have been adding shelves (and the kitchen counter) and stacking tools two or three deep just to fit most everything inside. I work in aviation, doing first-of-type certifications for aircraft installations, so knowing where my tools are is quite important (it makes for a bad day when a tool ends up in the wrong spot in a plane). Clearly, I needed a new tool box. I did a lot of research online, in catalogs, in stores....Reading reviews, touching boxes, pondering my purchase. I looked at Cxxxxxxxx, Sxxx-xx, Mxxxx, etc...Fortunately, I came across STB. Between price, selection, and delivery costs (free shipping, since we have a dock at work), I made the right choice. No other box had the right combination of quality, price and service. And, to top it off, the customer service at STB is superb! When I placed my order the box was on backorder. This was prominently displayed on the website and was an acceptable amount of time (about 3 weeks when I placed the order). Within a half hour of placing the order, STB called to make sure that I knew of the backorder and its duration. At the end of the backorder timeframe given (well actually a couple of days earlier than I expected), they called to say that the box was in stock and would ship that...
