For certain light duty home applications, these lower end products may work fine. However, for the automotive professional or a serious do-it-yourselfer, we found that these products cannot hold up.

Many of our items have a "free shipping" promotion. Free shipping applies only to our standard shipping services. Standard shipping does not include lift fees. Lift gate delivery service makes the freight company responsible for unloading the tool box from the back of the freight truck Lift gate delivery has a $25 service fee. If you need life gate delivery service, please select "Delivery With Lift Gate" from the shipping options before adding your item to the shopping cart. Freight Claims

All products that arrive via common carrier freight must be inspected prior to signing for the product. If your product arrives damaged YOU MUST REFUSE DELIVERY, note the damage on the bill of lading.THIS IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR PROTECTION although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify and contact StrictlyToolBoxes.com immediately so that we may be of some assistance. Once you accept damaged freight StrictlyToolBoxes.com will be unable to help you with a freight claim.

Freight claims for lost or damaged freight must be filed with the carrier and clearly noted on Bills of Lading when receiving shipments. If the Product was damaged in transit and the damage was concealed by packaging Strictly Toolboxes requires that you hold the Product and original packaging and call the carrier for inspection and pick-up. All damaged claims must be filed within 24 hours of receiving product.
