We have removed many vendors from our site for various reasons. The primary reason we stopped working with certain manufacturers was low product quality.

We are certain many of you have noticed the trend for tool box manufacturers to make the products with thinner steel every year. For certain light duty home applications, these lower end products may work fine. However, for the automotive professional or a serious do-it-yourselfer, we found that these products cannot hold up.

Free Freight

Many of our items have a "free shipping" promotion. Free shipping applies only to our standard shipping services. Standard shipping does not include lift fees. Lift gate delivery service makes the freight company responsible for unloading the tool box from the back of the freight truck Lift gate delivery has a $20 service fee. If you need life gate delivery service, please select "Delivery With Lift Gate" from the shipping options before adding your item to the shopping cart. Freight Claims

All products that arrive via common carrier freight must be inspected prior to signing for the product. If your product arrives damaged YOU MUST REFUSE DELIVERY, note the damage on the bill of lading.THIS IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR PROTECTION although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify and contact StrictlyToolBoxes.com immediately so that we may be of some assistance. Once you accept damaged freight StrictlyToolBoxes.com will be unable to help you with a freight claim.

Freight claims for lost or damaged freight must be filed with the carrier and clearly noted on Bills of Lading when receiving shipments. If the Product was damaged in transit and the damage was concealed by packaging Strictly Toolboxes requires that you hold the Product and original packaging and call the carrier for inspection and pick-up. All damaged claims must be filed within 24 hours of receiving product.

Extreme Tools Inc. 5 Year Limited Warranty

Extreme Tool Boxes are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase. If the tool box is defective, Extreme Tool Boxes will replace the defective part at no cost to you (excluding shipping or freight).

Extreme Tools Inc. shall not be liable for any damage for loss of the product or consequential damages of any kind. The company neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any other liabilities beyond the conditions set forth in this warranty, in connection with the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Extreme Tools Inc. shall not be liable for, nor shall this warranty include or apply to, any loss or damage caused by or resulting from the following;

  • (1) Use of the product in a manner other than as specified in this product manual; use of the product beyond its rated capacity or specifications;
  • (2) Modification, alteration or repair not performed by Extreme Tools Inc. or its authorized subcontractors or third parties approved by Extreme Tools Inc;
  • (3) Floods, Fires, earthquakes, tornado, vandalism or other acts of nature, including windstorms, lightning and hail damage or any other insurable loss under standard fire and extended coverage plans;
  • (4) Abuse, misuse, negligence handling, improper or inadequate maintenance, tampering, or accident;
  • (5) Accessories, alterations, attachments or other devices not furnished by the company or
  • (6) Failure of buyer to follow operating procedures or the instructions of the company, or to provide a suitable operating environment. All customers receiving shipments of our products are responsible to inspect shipments before accepting; Extreme Tools Inc. will not be responsible after shipment of product is accepted if damaged or has missing parts.
